Big Horn defeated Sheridan 6-4
Archie MacCarty was a local rancher and horseman. MacCarty
managed the Flying H Ranch in Big Horn for a number
of years. Two of MacCarty's grandchildren, along with
other young players, participate in the memorial game.
Playing with the youngsters ages 14-21 are some of the
Nation's top professional polo players, including Polo
hall of Fame inductee Owen Rinehart and US Open winner
Tiger Kneece. This polo match is an excellent opportunity
for the young Sheridan area players to showcase their
ability and benefit from the guidance of these great
professional players.
